We’ve done the mileage in automotive, and have developed a great deal of experience in delivering these prestige events; from arranging small group intimate dinners for key media and influencers and embargoed product reveals, to managing multi-week ride & drive programmes with complex logistics and global groups overlapping; we have successfully delivered them all.

With the evolution of the industry towards electric and more sustainable solutions, we have adapted our event planning to keep pace with the changes. From the first drive of the Bentley Bentayga Hybrid in San Francisco to our more recent work with the London Electric Vehicle Company, we are constantly refining our sustainable event solutions in this sector.

Since 2010, we have been contracted to manage all Global Media Drives for the Bentley Motors Communications team. In that time, we have helped over 3,800 guests experience 19 different cars in 34 cities. Providing event design, full guest management, logistics and road route planning, technical production and full-service event management.
